As you sip, you will savour the flavours from 3 of Toronto’s celebrity chefs who specialize in California cuisine.  Chef Ben Heaton, Globe Bistro; Chef Gordon Mackie, Far Niente; and, Chef Michael Steh, Reds Bistro, will create delectable appetizers that perfectly complement the California grape.
